I got a random sidequest at Skyhold telling me to promote Barris to Lord Seeker in the throne room. So. I have apparently finished the way of the champion quest and it tells me to Lord Chancer but I have no idea where he is at Skyhold. You and him can end up reshaping the Templars into an honorable, respected, and powerful order once more with new purpose.
